Glutamine


Hi,

Just to let you all know,

I recently started taking lots of L-Glutamine and flax/hemp oil and it has REALLY helped my gut. I take a good 10-50g a day of L-Glutamine powder. Give it a try if you can afford it. I've heard Colostrum and Lactoferrin are great too. But remember, you must cure the dybiosis if you have it also!
