I dowsed that I need to be taking 6 (32.5 mg each) potassium Iodide tablets- 195 mg SSKI
and 10 (3 mg each) boron. 30 mg boron. I need to get borax and start bathing with it, because that's alot of boron orally.

Boron..soaks up radiation.
