thanks for the response,I believe it is a clear microscopic nematode with a similar life cycle to strongyloides,when I was really ill believe it or not a tiny white moth came out of my arm and flew away.This has not happened since,that was a year ago.The worst part of all of this is I know family,friends and coworkers are infected and they tell me I am nuts.
