What gets me is how many people we know who walk around assuming things are normal... when they are sick, take days or longer top get over stuff. And they assume it is normal to get sick two, three, four times year.

I never quite bought into that anyway, but since Iodine and a few other things that work BETTER because of Iodine I am convinced, I *know* I am not going to get sick. I know this.

People just assume this is normal. I reached a point a long time ago, especially armed with several protocols, not the least being iodine, knowing this is NOT normal. This is not to say I won't get hit by a beer truck and go that way, or something nails me that I will not see coming. But for the last almost two years now, irrespective of what ailment is in front of me, a cut, a bruise, a sore throat, a tooth ache that happens occasionally, an ear ache that happens occasionally, all of these shots across the bow I have confidence that if I catch it in time... I will not get sick. And I haven't.

To me, THAT is normal. All of you folks have led the way.
