This is interesting too Spuds, as a couple of days ago was around several very ill people... colds, flu, something. Lots of hacking, coughing, overall yuckiness....

Late into last eve I was developing a raspy throat, ear canal was complaining, so was my sweetie. We knew something was trying to gain hold.

So, screw that. We threw a few things at it, not the least of which was iodine. Drizzled down the throat, plus dosages like normal. And did other things like oregano oil into the ear, also drizzled down the throat.

Shazaam... every precursor symptom, gone in a few hours. Iodine is at the top of this prevention and cure list.
