Brain Tumor and Oleander question

I am swamped.

Have just picked up a very late stage glioma patient, probably has weeks left.

Question,...I have researched this question but really need a clearly definative answer on this question.

Chances are I will find an answer to this question before somebody answers it.

What parts of oleandrin cross the blood brain barrier if any?
