Carbs allowed on the diet

Some people eat carbs and some dont, some people eat fruit and some dont. There is a lot as part of the protocole that has to do with how severe your candida is. There are stages. And there are also personal food intolerance that will vary from one to the other. So protocales vary. BUt anyhow the carbs that are lower in carbohydrates components and thus allowed on the diet are:

brown rice, quinoa, millet and buckwheat.

Losing weight can have many other factors. There is the carbs factor but also the protein factor. Furthermore, if you do not supplement in Magnesium your metabolism will steal it from your muscles, and if your digestion is not top (it rarely is) and the assimilation not ideal (due to candida blockin g the way into the colon) then again you will loose weight.
If you see undigested food into your stool, you should work on your liver and digestive power.
