of course, everything has carbs but veggi's have a lot less. eating complex carbs in the first stages are not a good idea. I did it when I did my first detox and it got me nowhere ( i was eating oatmeal) and i would get so dizzy after I couldn't figure it out. Every person's body is different so you will have to see what you can tolerate and what you can't. I would go without them for awhile then add them in slowy. listen to your body and see if you can tolerate them or not. Candida does and will feed on them.
