Sexual abuse allegations

My 15 year old daughter broke up with a mentally unstable friend. To get even she made a anonymous call to CPS. CPS came to my wife and threatened her that if she didn't admit she knew I was molesting my 4 children, they would be put into foster care. My wife out of fear slept at different friend's homes every night so they couldn't find her.

CPS went to the schools and took our kids out and put them through questioning until they were in tears. They were coerced into implicating me in the grossest acts. (they relentlessly questioned my four 8 to 15 year old children for 3 hours each)

I was arrested and consented to being questioned by the police. I admitted to one of the charges, though I have no recall. At the end of two hours of interrogation I didn't know who I was and could not understand how I did all these crimes, because I didn't remember.

I was now facing 125 years in prison at $500,000 bail. I was guilty and had to prove my innocence.

My children wrote the court saying that they had been forced to say the things they did. The judge threw out the letters saying that they were pressured to write them.

My attorney arranged for me to take a polygraph with an ex-FBI polygrapher (he often works on TV shows)

I passed the polygraph and the DA fought its results saying a polygraph is not admissible in state court. My attorney countered by saying it is admissible in Federal court.

All the charges were dropped against me except for the one that I was coerced into.

I spent one year in jail and was sentenced to time served. We were bankrupted and foreclosed on. I'm now a registered sex offender and can't find work anywhere.

Being guilty or innocent doesn't seem to matter much, you'll be left with nothing either way.

My advise is to never, ever speak to the police about anything and you need to be aware this can happen to YOU just as easily.

I admitted to touching my daughter's genitals when she was 3 years old. Yes I did do so, I'm guilty of changing a diaper and washing off the mess.

Many in law enforcement are worse than the people they put away. Never trust a cop and remember the day will come the towns and cities won't be able to pay their salaries and those who they wronged will hunt them down.
