Re: Liver cleanse, detox, support supplement

 I am trying to get hold of a product that would specifically help my liver to cleanse/detox from working over time (I've been ill for quite some time). I am contemplating something that will specifically target the liver and if it does good to a whole lot of other things as well, well that would be very welcome. Can anyone give me suggestions?

I am thinking of the following products as of now:

3) Swedish Bitters

Bitters work the best, and plenty of water throughout the day when using them:

I would go with either Grape Bitters or Chinese Bitters over Swedish Bitters though to avoid the stimulant laxatives.

I know milk thistle is often recommended, but milk thistle DOES NOT cleanse the liver unless used as a bitter. If taken in a capsule the milk thistle will not cleanse the liver. The flavonoids in milk thistle will only lock of receptors on the liver preventing damage from toxins and it helps to regenerate liver cells.
