Marina coil fitted to cope with menopause signs

Can anyone else identify with these symptoms.

Where do i start, im 49 years old and two years ago after battling with heavy periods for a couple of years, i went to the hospital to see the gyne, he fitted a marina coil.
I bled worse they ever for about 9 months then it started to improve so i was hopeful, after two years, i still breed lightly, have gained weight, have stomach cramps and pain down left hand side, i have muscle pains but thought thats the fibromyagia, the thing is this all started at the same time and it just might be the menopause.
im tempted to get it taken out but worried i will be back with heavy periods every two weeks and anaemic again. Tweet
