After trying just about everything else I've read here (well, everything sensible anyway), I found that taking apple cider vinegar before every meal makes it go away *most* of the time. It doesn't seem to work 100% of the time, and I'm still trying to figure out why. I've also been meaning to try betaine HCl, which is usually prescribed for hypochlorhydria (a condition where your stomach doesn't produce enough acid, and your food isn't properly digested. it's what I'm taking the vinegar to potentially counteract). However, being forced out of my job by this condition, I'm tragically broke, and can't really afford a bottle right now, haha.
If/when I try it, I'll post a message on this forum detailing how well it worked.
