The biggest problem seems to be to know what to treat.

As mentioned in your post, diagnosic methods are not a 100% accurate (possibly due to the pathogen's mutation and biofilms and/or any other factor(s) person-relevant etc.).

So how would this new rife machine improve that? Would it be possible to use some sort of scan and determine what needs to be treated at any given time/day?

If yes, then it'll truly be a huge breakthrough in this type of treatments - one that is definitely needed badly.

As it is now, it's constant guessing/trying, very often triggering a chain of reactions that leave one in much worse shape and then it's just one trial followed by another, very confusing.
