SOMETHING I'm doing is working. FBO is on/off.

Hello everyone. For the past several months I've been dealing with fecal Body Odor , and since Christmas or so I've had some amount of success in dealing with it. The two things I've changed since this started are using a tongue scraper and drinking apple cider vinegar, and between the two, SOMETHING is working. It seems to be inconsistent, however.

Before Christmas, I never saw any fluctuation in my symptoms, but since I've started both of these routines, at first I had about two weeks with no symptoms, and since then it's been on and off. Neither of them work consistently, but my symptoms are less when I use them than when I don't.

This tells me that there's SOME way to get to the bottom of this. If I can find the root cause of my symptoms, I should be able to treat it directly. As soon as I can get out to the store, I'm going to try betaine HCl, which is commonly prescribed for hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid levels). Hypochlorhydria is known to have bad breath (and according to some sources, bad odor) as a symptom.

This can't be just some mystery disease with no cure. It's not a magical affliction, or some Biblical curse. There's got to be a root cause, and I'm going to find it! :D Tweet
