I've gone to a totally alkaline diet - just veggies and fish, with sometimes a little meat, chicken or once in while, beef. Except for Christmas/New Years, when I fell off the wagon three different days, I've tried to be fairly consistent. Also, I drink ionized alkaline water. I tried a dose of the lufenuron, but other than a slight soreness in my stomach for one afternoon, did not get any die-off from it. The very strict diet seems to help, but it is difficult to stay on it long term, once in a while I crave some carbs - seeds, nuts, quinoa, something! I'm also using some extremely high nutrient protein shakes a couple times a week.
