Some of the orgone pendants have similar effects to the Terminator II zapper but not exactly the same. The pulsed 15hz freq along with the magnet "push" the energy field of the orgonite a little deeper into the body. A pendant is an inexpensive way to get the energetic benefits of orgonite. Don Croft's wife makes a good one and there are many others on ebay.
