I agree with your advice, Hv, and have been on several adaptagens, bitters, vit B, D.E., etc., since last June! I will keep taking everything you recommended, but maybe a short term shot of Armor would kick start me??

Of course it'll probably be May before the snow melts enough around here for me to GET to any doctor! OY!!!
