That's why you need to make Kefir with full fat RAW milk.
Raw milk is easily digestible by almost all people (even lactose intolerant), pasteurized milk is like poison.
I drink plenty of raw milk kefir and raw milk with no problems with Candida. However, I didn't do so when I immediately broke Candida, I'm not sure if it would help or hurt your initial efforts but my instinct is that it would help the intestinal flora, therefore help with Candida (if homemade and used with raw milk).
I briefly looked over his long article and it's not bad. I disagree with him on some things (for example, Liver Flushing was very helpful for me, but there is a cleansing order that should be followed) but in general not bad.
Most important thing is to stop eating processed foods imo. And to eat more raw foods.
