Fluoride in the Shower

Anybody try these shower filters and bath balls? One claims to reduce 40% of the fluoride and the other claims to transform it into calcium fluoride which is purportedly less toxic. Wonder if these are useful along with Newport's 1/2 TBSP of Borax and 1/2 TBSP of Calcium Carbonate in your bathwater.
