Re: A process to reveal your beliefs/thoughts on abandonment

Another method is to notice that you are crafting a story. Make your story coherent within its structure. Focus on what you want, disregard what you don't (not hide from it...deal with things by balancing them and move forward).
Don't beat yourself up by your story. It's just a story.
Some call that forgiveness. I just call it "don't take yourself so god damn serious."

We are only influenced by other elements due to our agreement with them. We can transcend all agreements as we gain more freedom. This is done by removing yourself from the polarity structures of particular arrangements.

if we chant for 5 minutes or do a little of "the work" yet then go do the same things in robotic fashion that qare the very patterns and structures that keep us bound, we can't really expect anything to change.

First we must identify what we want. Move towards it and do not resist what comes up. Resisting will ensure more of the same. See everything as a projection of self and gently move through it with your focus steering towards a congruent story.

There are no quick fixes, especially when we are both resistant to change and addicted to our patterns.
