those could've been a missing link, did start taking them regularly only a few days ago - realized that by doing all those enemas and taking a variety of stuff all the good bacteria must be gone (yogurt really didn't do apparently too much for this either, because I eat a lot of it)
from what I read from your post though, it seems to me that I would need to increase the volume of the probiotics as well, I just take 1 capsule every night, but it's a high quality one
the other thing I do regularly - eating the raw sour cabbage (in English they call it for some reason saurkraut) - I make it myself (from raw cabbage), it's very easy to make and I've read that is the best natural probiotics
