Wow, that is very interesting to know and thank you so much. I suffer from SEVERE allergies that usually lead to sinus infections. I also use to get B12 shots and I would feel like a new woman after I got them. Sounds like after I finish my fast that maybe I should purchase some B12 pills. Tweet
