Hydrogen Peroxide Bath Question

I have read some positive info on peroxide baths.  However I can not find any 35% H2O2 in my area.  The swimming pool store has something call BioGuard Softswim C.  It is 27.5% hydrogen peroxide.  But the info I read mentions stabalizer.  Can this be used for bathing??

The info reads:

SoftSwim C contains patented ClearGuard hydrogen peroxide stabilizer which prevents lost activity in storage & in the pool.

SoftSwim C is a powerful oxidizer that enhances water clarity by effectively removing organic waste.

Improved formula lasts longer for enhanced water clarity & improved filtration.

Use one gallon for every 10,000 gallons of pool water on a monthly basis.

Add an additional dose after a large rainfall or heavy pool use.

Size:  1 gallon

Contains:   27.5% Hydrogen Peroxide

Here is the MSDS on the product:

Thanks!
