Answer: NOW you have hit upon what I meant about making time for yourself. I have to block out all else and do things like read this book for MYSELF without distractions or it is not as effective as it should be. I just turn the things off and go study what I need to for my healing and everything else seems easier after getting the right information. Disconnect the computer from the internet and read the book, that's what I did.

I think the real and lasting value of our background with HWS and other teaching is that it is a real help in understanding SEM and Heal Thyself. My largest issues were in coming to terms with the simplicity and low cost.

Would I recommend someone who has done neither do HWS first and go to the time and expense? No. I think if a person wants they can learn SEM in a short time, but in my case and yours we do have the benefit of our experience with HWS, some of it is the knowledge that the expense is not necessary, and also that it is not necessary to have so many remedies, spend thousands attending seminars, etcetera IMHO.

How much have I improved? Greatly, although I don't think it is proper to discuss this as one thing I don't want to do is get in to a numbers comparison.

Yes, I personally do think the test should be done as I did the sample protocol for several months and it certainly helped, but I missed some major issues so the results and his recommendations allowed me to work on the things I missed. There was a definite and nearly immediate improvement after the test results. It is not long but pretty detailed, however it is MUCH different from the HWS analysis David Slater does. Also for me it was easier to understand, especially since you get the phone consultation with it.

I didn't test you, it doesn't seem to be the thing to do, plus I think you will be better off to use Stephen's test results than mine as he is the master. I don't have the benefit of Stephen's training although I hope to get this in 2010.
