A man was driving when he saw the flash of a traffic camera. He knew that he was not speeding; so, he made a U-turn a few blocks up the street, came back and went back up the same side of the street where the flash went off. This time he went exactly the speed limit, and again the camera flashed. So, then he did another U-turn and came back around again, this time he went by the camera at half the posted speed limit, again, it flashed. Again, he made a U-turn and came back by the same camera with his foot completely off the accelerator, showing about 6 m.p.h. on his speedometer; again, the camera flashed. So, he recorded the date and time that all these flashes ocurred and readied himself for a ticket or more and was anticipating his day in court. Two weeks later, he got 4 tickets in the mail...all 4 for driving without his seat belt fastened. You can't really fix stupid.
