I wil answer all your questions. let me say that if you stil stink on a vegan diet, add in turmeric to your diet to help the liver

How do i take the cayenne ? I spread some hummus on a romaine lettuce leaf, and sprinkle the cayenne on that . same with turmeric, I mix in with the hummus, and its easy to take

For breakfast, I have a chia seed drink usually, sometimes add in spirulina to it. The official name is chia fresca, with a squeeze of lemon or orange.

For lunch I might have a green juice. not always though.

My other lunch would be a salad. Just get a few romaine leaves on top of each other, spread hummus on the top one, add in the sprouts on top, like alfalfa or something, spread on more hummus to make it palatable, sprinkle cayenne and turmeric etc, or oil or whatever you like, and eat it like a sandwich.

My other lunch may even be just a regular flapjack bar from Holland and Barrett (I live in uk).

I may even eat some vegan biscuits, rarely though, only on occasions. They arent very healthy i must admit.

For dinner, it may simply be a salad of alfalfa sprouts, other vegetables and some hummus added to make it edible.

I spoke to someone who went to Hippocrates, he paid around three thousand pounds for the experience.

He told me he felt full all the time, they ate 2 times a day, and it was just basically sprout salads, and green juices, with algaes. if you got hungry they would give some people soaked nuts and seeds.

While there, we had two meals a day about 12ish and 4:30ish every day. We also had to sprout juice a half hour before each meal so it's actually quite filling. If you're taking your algae supplements on top of all that it's quite filling :)

Some people snack on sprouted and dehydrated nuts or have a light breakfast if they need the extra food.

Now that I'm home I usually eat 4 small to medium meals a day.

the odor is completely gone, i sweat less, I think the main culprit is dairy. I stank of crap , I dont know what the exact smell was. On a vegan diet, I have almost no odor. I dont really smell of anything. At least you can switch to goats dairy if you find it impossible to give up. meat does nott give such a bad odor as dairy.
