I didnt knew this about blood type A a few days ago, but it makes total sense because I have experienced my sensitivity to vitamin A. I turn yellow and get very tired. even 1 whole carrot can do that to my body.
So I have had to eliminate vitamin A from my diet and then my skin turns back to normal. I checked my vitamin A intake and it was often over 1000 % a day, lol, sometimes even 2000. But I really loved some Vit A food, such as sharonfruit and persimmons.

We first went to the docter because of the yellow skin, but they couldnt find anything. he thought it was billirubine level but that was totally fine. But I found out myself, just 2 days ago :)
