Thank you for these thoughts, John. Have been feeling more than a little discouraged today. Because after making some good progress, and thinking about the possibility of returning to work, the sap-like stuff shows up again. Haven't quite found the pattern yet, but I am almost sure there is one. Could just be a 'too much too soon' scenario, and at full moon. But I am really glad to have some tools.

You are right about diet. I try to be careful and rarely eat sweets, and few carbs, but caved into some at Thanksgiving.
