Re: Stinky odor-lack of hydrochloric acid?

I read that you can also take spoonful of Applecider Vinegar in water before meals. And if it helps your acid reflux symptoms then that means you have a deficiency, and if it makes the acid reflux symptoms much worse then it means a person has too much acid. I know this is a wake up call for me because I have had acid reflux problems for years. I did the ACV test yesterday and it helped me so I know I have a deficiency, I just thank Mia Mom for putting this revelation in the forum. This is why ACV has been recommended to people with acid reflux and acid problems.
