I will try to answer all the questions here.

My rapid cycling is so rapid that I have never been able to clock it. I am more depressive than manic. However, when I hit bottom I totally crash.

I have been on lithium before and it worked great but I was told by doctors that I can not take it because of my high blood pressure. I am working on getting my blood pressure down through diet and exercise.
