Firstly.I'd like to say the carbon heater is better than ceramic.

1.carbon is an important component of human organic ingredients.Low surface temperature,more safer and confortable.

2.While ,the ceramic is enjoyable in some aspect.As we known ,the components of ceramic is very close to sea sand,ceramic heat bring you the great effect of seaside sunbathing.

All in,benefits to our health recovery and strong .I recommend carbon heater.In the meantime.If somebody wants to sense the feeling of seaside,then choose ceramic tube heater.

Anyway,hope you are enjoy Far Infrared Sauna in your life.
