And hardly any veggies at that. Seeds nuts and berries!!
Pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, and flaxseed all grind up pretty good into flour. Use that instead of wheat flour in pancakes or whatever. It works!! I just use my hand-held blender in a jar and whack away at the seeds, it turns out nice and fluffy.
and then there is the perfection of the HEMP seed [shell off]. They have the perfect balance of omega 3, 6, 9 oils.
I froze 22 pints of blue berries during harvest last summer. That should get me through to about Feb 2010.
I eat a milkshake of raw eggs, plain organic yogurt without any
additives such as whey, plus the 4 oilseeds above, and then a banana and a half an avacado. Honey and Maple syrup helps make it palatable. Oh ya, and Coconut milk rounds it out.
That will put some starch in yer underwear.
