Do you think I should continue with also putting the holistic eye drops into the dog's better eye? Put silver in that one also?

One eye is pretty blind from cataracts, that is the one I thought silver might help a little, just to make it feel better. The better eye I was planning to continue with the drops in case they are slowing down the cataracts any, it is impossible to ever know at this point.
