food allergies

>>I and my son have had a very difficult time clearing food allergies ,

My seasonal allergies were the worst I can remember them being this year. I was just rereading information on the Cutler forum about "methylation cycle", and how histamine is the way to test whether you are an "under-methylator" or "over-methylator". Are you also doing work on the liver? The choline has seemed to help me more than anything I have tried over the past 2 years. (phosphatidyl choline), and come to find out- it's also needed for methylation. It all comes back to the heavy metals (mercury in particular) being the culprit of the broken pathways.

If you read that thread, I posted stuff sometime back that I'm rereading about it too. There's more further down on histamine.
