All you have to do is look in the Candida Forum to see the adverse reactions that exist with algae's like chlorella and spirulina, so unfortunately although I know you mean well, ZERO risk doesn't really exist.

As if the basic principles of food, and the functions of the body no longer follow basic fundamental rules. We all need sleep, to belong, have a purpose, go to the bathroom, eat, have sexual gratification etc. and we need to bring back the traditions and not say that the world is far different and we are in need of drastic measures/ products, etc.
Health is simple even though it seems complex/ complicated.
We need to learn from the past, not discard it.
