now i am taking chromium gtf complex, b vitamin complex, stress advantage (blend of herbal adaptogens (all by new chapter so far), herbal bitters with every meal (i have a wine tincture of gentian-3 drops on the tongue to stimulate digestion before meals)
and that is it for right now... granted i have been through alot of other supplements! and i plan to continue exploring with adaptogens (rhodalia rosa etc)
i recommend getting stomach acid up with bitters, having 3 bm's a day, by getting stomach acid up primarily then by using fiber, eating veggies, drinking water. eating kefir and sauerkraut (if it does not allergically activate the body (bloating/tiredness/weakness)...
fiber w/ Bentonite clay and diatomaceous earth and activated charcoal will help clear out dysbiosis if it is really bad, but i dont recommend taking it continually unless you are continually implanting with prebiotic firbre, keifer and sauerkraut.
thats the best of my general advise, everything else depends upon the variations of the individual
