To exercize or not to exercize...
Hi all,
I am on day 11 of the MC/Lemonade diet. I have 30 years of toxin buildup coming out, and I hope to continue the cleanse until I look and feel clean. I haven't seen any significant mucoid plaque released yet, and I still have a furry tongue and bad skin, so I intend to keep going.
Exercize is obviously very good for you, and I think it might energize the cleansing or even help jar some plaque loose (or maybe that's faulty logic). But I'm thinking about stopping my jogging routine for these reasons. What do you all think?
The lemon juice and maple syrup are providing me about 800 calories a day. This seems like enough to maintain basic functions and cleansing, but also to exercize? I don't want to have to stop the cleanse because I am too weak. Today I feel a bit more easily winded and weaker in the arms and legs. Perhaps I should conserve energy.
Muscles are made of protein, so if I am tearing down leg muscles by jogging, while not taking in any protein, the muscles can't be rebuilt, can they? I was quite skinny to start with (6 ft, 145 lbs), and I've lost 13 pounds, from 145 down to 132. As my colon emptied itself of recent waste, I quickly dropped to 135 and stabilized there, but now I lost 3 more
pounds in 2 days. I guess this could be body fat, but I didn't have much of that to begin with.
I noticed the fortified Greenlife supplement has protein in it (extracted "from the bovine" - ewww). Should I take something like that, or is that a food? At what point does a supplement become a food and interfere with cleansing?
Thanks for your opinions. This is a great forum.
