Re: Dr. Schulze's 5 Day Kidney Detox Question
As I believe I told you in a private message when you asked me about just two of these herbs
Watermelon seeds and another earlier, I could not even find those.
An extensive search for a website selling all four of the herbs you mentioned (organic) has convinced me there is no website on the internet selling all 4 of these.
The problem is the
Watermelon seeds which, frankly, is not that important to your mom's program and one of the least elements needed, but if you want them, you will have to order them separately from the other three more commonly found herbs.
I have found 3 of the needed herbs and here are two companies selling three of the ones you want--organic.
I would recommend the first one as their is cut and sifted which is preferred over powdered herbs, but either would do.
this one sells the dandelion root, burdock root and parsley root

so does this one but their burdock root is powdered but is organic (generally cut and sifted is a little better as with powdered one runs the risk of it potentially being burned in the powdering process) but it is ok too
The first company, however, does sell in smaller quantities (4 oz) while the 2nd only sells in the one pound size

here is a source for
Watermelon seeds that sells more than just seed package
http://organic.lovetoknow.com/Organic_Bulk_Watermelon_Seeds
watermelon
Another option is buying fresh watermelons and asking everyone you know can they save you the seeds. Of course they would not be organic but conventional herbs though less potent can be substituted once in a while if one must.
As far as the parsley and dandelion, although you want mainly the root, it would not hurt to buy a little dandelion leaf and parsley leaf as well and add a little to your tincture or better yet make separate tinctures so the root is not too diluted snd just add some dropperfuls of the leaf tinctures when taking the root tinctures.
They also seel other kidney herbs at starwest like juniper berries.
Schulze uses pacific botanicals but they tend to be more expensive than other companies, so I personally would go with starwest and lovetoknow for the watermelon seeds if you think it is necessary although I think other herbs are more important. It is nice but not essential.
