Hi. I have done a few liver flushes. I do not like the schedule, though, where you have to stop eating at 6 PM with one particular flush, or 2 PM with the other type of flush.
What would be wrong with doing the flush early in the morning, say, 7:30 AM, and then waiting a few hours to eat.
The bile would be nicely built up in the gallbladder from not having eaten since 7:30 the previous evening, right?
What was the original justification for telling people they have to do the flush in the PM and then go right to bed? Is it because the liver suppposedly is more active during the night?
