iodine wash and fungal infections of the skin

from "A Few Simple Techniques for Staying Alive Home Remedies for the A.I.D.S. Holocaust", Calaph Timmerson, A long-term A.I.D.S. survivor. Good info on how he dealt with skin infections using a mixture of betadine, apple cider vinegar and aloe shampoo on pages 30 and 31, good info throughout on how he dealt with various infections using foods such as hot peppers. I have no idea whether he's still alive, googling his name comes up with a few hits describing him as "long term aids survivor".

I like this quote:

"If one of my experiments eventually to have been a big mistake, I will at least have the pleasure of knowing that I did not simply lie down and feel
helpless. At an absolute minimum, these experiments give me a feeling of control over my condition."

-Isn't that what CZ is all about? :)
