Oh dear, you have really been through a lot. I'm sorry I don't have any help for you, but you might want to try to post your message on the candida site on curezone. I don't know if candida could be your problem, but back when I used to frequent that board there were a couple of posters there with very similar problems as you describe. Maybe they have found some solutions to their problems by now and can help you, or if not, maybe they can help support you since they have dealt with the same problems as you have.
