are coffee enemas safe with a blocked bile duct?

my mother's got liver cancer which has metastasized to the head of the pancreas. she recently developed jaundice (i read that it can be caused by the tumour obstructing the bile duct) - are coffee enemas a safe procedure? any more thoughts on this topic are very welcome.
