Re: Telman advice needed

Long term use of Valium is capable of causing jaundice due to liver dysfunction and doctors are recommended to check liver function with a blood test.

I've always used Epsom Salts . My biliary pain was excruciatingly intense that I jumped in the deep end and carried out a full Hulda Clark e liver flush. So much junk came out that I followed it up a week later with another. It didn't react with my Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome even though I had a rush a mixed emotions, but I did make sure I had time to do it properly and my family were very supportive.

I started using 4 tablespoons of ES just as the protocol recommends and then reduced it by one third, which appeared fine for me.

When I say that: "to eat in a way to suit what you have": I mean that if we develop a condition that makes it difficult to eat in a certain even though we have eaten that way for most of our life, we should adapt to the new situation.
