I would have loved a month away, and to work with a healing protocal right away, but since it was not possible I did a meeting or 3 every day - detoxing would have been easier for me with trained assistance for sure. I am coming from several years of sobriety and surely wish I had known of a forum like this when I put the bottle down. Only recently (2+ years) have health issues caused me to roll the camera back and connect the candida/sugar/alcohol dots. Granted - a BIG book and fellow sufferers is not enough for some of us. ANYONE embarking to change their life has my full support, anytime.
