To all sleep deprived - I can't say enough about practicing YOGA for that matter. It is the most wonderful relaxation and mood stabilizing activity you can do for yourself. I started practicing Bikram (heated) yoga a couple of years ago, and ever since my sleep has been better than ever. I sleep like a baby, like a rock, and wake up fresh and rested.
PLEASE do not take any medication to improve your sleep, simply go and take a yoga class. Start from one for begginers, find what you like, let yourself in, find that space inside of you... Believe me, I've been there. :)
