Don't do this: Antibiotics and kill shot the parasites

I'm convinced that a bad thing to do would be to do a round of antibiotics, followed soon by a kill shot for parasites.

Why? Dead parasites are eaten in the body by two entities (bacteria and white blood cells) that are killed by antibiotics. If you kill the parasites you end up with their bodies decomposing in a fermentation process.

The above is more about fungi and their effect on the body, but when she mentioned antibiotics - ding ding ding (I did a round recently and blood tests revealed damage to the white cell population.)
