i am=b-soul-utely agree this ha[ppens to me. over and over i binge and im sober.
i feel a few differnt things need to happen:
i really need to make a commitment to being healthy,
i need to have limited access to sweets in my house,
i need to have a steady supply of smarter choices
--tons of veggies with every meal.
---low-sugar fruit inbetween meals.
--dark chocolate for sometime cravings.
mostly i find that i get cravings when i get constipated or thirsty-and that sometimes they are the same thing...so i need to make extra sure my bowels are moving--thats where the plethora of veggies and granny smiths between meals come in...nothing moves the bowels better.
oh yeah...and a low stress environment. i cannot tolerate anyone telling me what to do when i am having a hypoglcemic crisis.
