possible solution to heart palpitation problems

I had these symptoms for years. My ob suggested that I take Iron supplements and they have completely gone away. Haven't had any for over three years now. I had no idea that an iron deficiency could affect the heart. If you decide to take the iron look for an easily digestible type. Like one with liver fractions. I'm taking some from enzymatic therapy. Most iron supplements are very difficult to digest and cause constipation. It takes about 2 weeks to see improvement and about a month for the problem to completely go away. Also it might not be a good idea to take iron while battling a infection.

This tip might not help everyone but even if only one of you with the problem gets cured it's worth posting.

Take care,
Lisa
