Re: gallbladder cleanse hurts

That was my first experience as well. A cleanse (with only about 10-20 stones) followed by constipation (although, I had not gotten up to the 2-3 BM a day,I was daily)and a sore liver area. From what I am reading on the forum, this seems normal with the early cleanses. I have been taking magnesium to keep me going (I used to take the smooth move alot, but the senna gives me serious gripping pain)and I followed up with a colonic and P & B shake. A castor oil pack with a heating pad should help the pain, as well as loosen things up to move it through.
