I think thats it! I'm doing the Triphala/AMLA and its funny that i have been feeling sensations in gut since. Flutter, movement and nausea at times...so now i must be hitting another layer! having chills after recent frqs and floaters
I will lk into homeopathics but have to watch where i spend.
